Vote via survey to help decide a Yurp building project site in Broadmoor!

Our second project is underway! It’s the community development of several projects in the Broodmoor Neighborhood in conjunction with NOLA Community Development! Start participating here to help prepare the project's collaboration site, starting with determining the project site's URL.

The Nola Yurp Initiative has partnered with Neil Takemoto of CoolTown Studios, a crowdsource-based real estate development consulting firm based in Washington DC, to facilitate and develop community-based real estate in New Orleans.

The project’s success is based on a method called crowdsourcing, where Nola Yurp members will have the opportunity to design, develop, and contribute input for the establishment and creation of the new developments.
